Vista Virtual School

    • VV Registration Requirements Registration Forms
      Full-time Registration Form - If you are not registered with another school or jurisdiction, and want to enroll as a full-time student, use this form.Registration Forms
    • Partial Program Registration Form - Use this form if you are school-aged (as per above description) and fit one of the following descriptions:
      • Not attending another Alberta school; or
      • Attending another Alberta school, but are not registering this course through them.
      • PLEASE READ CRITERIA AT TOP OF APPLICATION FORM.

    Elementary / Junior High

    Senior High

    • School-Aged Registration Form - Use this form if you were less than 20 years of age on September 1 of the current school year, and attend an Alberta School.Registration Forms
    • Partial Program Registration Form - Use this form if you are school-aged (as per above description)  and fit one of the following descriptions:
      • Not attending another Alberta school; or
      • Attending another Alberta school, but are not registering this course through them.
      • PLEASE READ CRITERIA AT TOP OF APPLICATION FORM.Registration Forms
    • Adult / Out-of-Province Registration Form - an Adult is 20 years of age on September 1 of the current school year.Withdrawal Form
