We strive to make continuous improvements to our processes and policies for our partners and their students. Beginning February 13, 2020, the 60-day automatic withdrawal processes changed to 40 days for all senior high school Student Instruction (SI) courses. We welcome your feedback on this pilot.

Reinstating Enrollments Withdrawn Due to the Non-Starter Policy
- Affiliation Super Users can now reinstate students whose courses were withdrawn because of the Non-Starter policy.
- During the reinstatement process in the ADLC Student Information System (SIS), the Start Date will need to be manually adjusted to the current date (or an appropriate future date) or the student’s course will be withdrawn the next day.
- By the week of February 17, 2020, we hope to have SIS programmed to automatically set a new Start Date based on the reinstatement date.
Elementary and junior high SI courses still follow the 60-day automatic withdrawal policies.
