ADLC’s Academic Advising department offers a wide assortment of advice on exam writing, financial aid, graduation requirements, careers, and more. We also provide assistance to aboriginal, international, and LGBTQ students.

Remember to celebrate small successes. Take a well-earned break after an hour of continuous study, for example.
Know your limits; walk around and stretch periodically during long study sessions.
You might want to use a calendar to schedule firm study times, for example. A spreadsheet may also help you keep track of what you’ve accomplished and what you need to do next.
