Dear adult student,

On April 10, 2018, I wrote to you about the changes that were taking place at the Alberta Distance Learning Centre (ADLC) that were effective May 1, 2018.You will recall that the Vista Virtual School is now accepting adult registrations and has taken over former ADLC campuses in both Edmonton and Calgary. I am happy to report that ADLC adults students (those 20 years of age or older) can continue to book their ADLC exams at the Vista Virtual School campuses in Edmonton and Calgary for the 2018-19 school year. This means you do not have to find an alternate supervisor in and around these two cities.

Diploma exams will be written at provincial writing centers in Edmonton (U of A as of this writing) and Calgary (SAIT as of this writing). Those not living near Edmonton and Calgary will continue to find approved supervisors in or near their home communities.

Please contact the ADLC Learning Network support team at 1-866-774-5333 or by email at learningnetwork@adlc.ca for proper forms and further information.

As always, best of luck in your studies.

Sincerely,

Frank McCallum
Principal
