To promote a seamless working relationship between your school, students, and ADLC staff, we have identified areas of responsibility so that we can work together to help your students achieve success with their ADLC Teacher Support (TS) courses. Key Responsibilities of Partner Schools using Teacher Support (TS) Services

Super Users

  • Add teachers  
  • Add secondary teachers 
  • Create TS sections (TS courses) in TS Moodle and enroll students in TS sections (if Moodle access is required by the student, they must be enrolled in the TS section)
  • Order print consumable materials for TS students in the ADLC Student Information System (SIS), as required
  • Become familiar with SIS and Moodle training resources on ADLC’s website.

Affiliation (Partner School) Teachers

  • Become familiar with SIS and Moodle training resources on ADLC’s website.
  • Be aware that all TS sections are closed in mid-August (to reset for the next school year) and any remaining student enrollments will be closed.
  • Keep track of student marks in your school’s student information system and submit marks to Alberta Education.
